We are creating 1,000 new care roles across Ireland by the end of 2025 – and you could be one of them. This nationwide recruitment campaign is part of our long-term plan to support more people to live independently at home, while offering secure, rewarding work in local communities.

Demand for high-quality home care is growing, and we’re expanding our teams to meet that need. That’s why, throughout September, we’re hosting the Quick Cuppa Roadshow – friendly, informal drop-in events at our local offices where you can:

• Meet our care managers and team members
• Hear first-hand what it’s like to work in home care
• Learn about the roles available and how to apply

We welcome people from all backgrounds – no previous care experience is required. You’ll receive training, ongoing support, and the flexibility to work around your life. Whether you’re returning to work, changing careers, or just looking for a job that makes a genuine difference, we’d love to meet you.

Right at Home already operates across most of the country, with more locations to come. We offer both part-time and full-time roles, training, career development opportunities, and strong local support teams.
