The Right at Home Ireland team headed to Warwickshire in the UK recently to attend the Right at Home UK Annual Conference.

As ever, the event was a huge success and a great opportunity to share experiences, talk through challenges and establish new networks.

Speaking about the event, Managing Director of Right at Home Ireland, David McKone said: “The Annual Conference in the UK is a highlight in our calendar every year. We always look forward to attending.

“It’s not only a great networking opportunity, but it also gives us a chance to talk about the challenges facing us as franchise-holders and to think about solutions in a creative way.”

This year, the highlight for attendees was a talk given by top mind expert, Brian Costello, who specialises in hypnosis coaching and personal empowerment. The talk, entitled ‘Making a New Normal’, challenged attendees to step out of their comfort zones by asking participants on stage to "break an arrow with their throat” to help them to face and conquer their fears.
